81C is honored to host a fashionable and spirited pop-up creative culinary event in historic Charlotte Amalie featuring renowned Chef Digby Stridiron, taking place on Saturday April 10. These unique ticketed events feature a five course selection of artisan crafted passed appetizers paired with fine wines. Guests will experience a sophisticated, social afternoon and/or evening privé complete with an  abstract art exhibition by artist Juan Carlos Amador on view in the 81C gallery, and a mingle with Chef Digby Stridiron and 81C operators and art curators. $81 per person.
